Refund Policy:

You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Returns will be sent to a specified address.

Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any defects, damages or wrong item received.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If the merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order.

 

Refunds:
