With its high hood and 203⁄4-inch-wide by 27-inch-high opening, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E TempStar® door-type dishwasher accommodates large 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls, meaning it's compatible as a dishwasher and pot and pan washer. This 285⁄8-inch-wide by 343⁄8-inch-deep by 763⁄8-inch-high unit is made of rigid stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance, while its front dress panel protects internal components. This unit can be converted from a straight-through unit to a corner unit with a conversion kit (sold separately) to fit specific kitchen spaces, and its split-door design is great for low-height ceilings. To prevent rocking during operation, its bullet feet can be adjusted on irregular surfaces.
Because it washes 60 racks per hour, the Jackson TEMPSTAR HH-E high-temp dish machine is compatible with full-service restaurants, coffee shops, and small schools. Using the multi-cycle timer, operators can initiate a normal (60 seconds), medium (123 seconds), heavy (183 seconds), or extra-heavy (303 seconds) cycle for flexibility. Each cycle uses 0.72 gallons of water per rack, which leads to 43.2 gallons of water per hour. To ensure incoming water is 155 degrees Fahrenheit for the wash cycle and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for the rinse cycle, this unit includes a built-in booster that raises water to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Its Sani-Sure™ system reinforces a safe 180-degree Fahrenheit rinse water temperature to ensure proper sanitization.
While this commercial dishwasher's lower counter-rotating wash arms and upper wash arm evenly spray and clean dishes, its large scrap basket collects food debris to streamline cleaning. To minimize manual tasks, its stainless steel pump self-drains, and the tank fills automatically. When necessary, operators can initiate a deliming cycle with the correlating switch, and to further reinforce smooth operation, this machine includes a high-limit thermostat and low-water protection. Its vent fan control shuts off the fan when the unit is idle to save energy.
